Tyson A. Borges, 33, of Wareham, MA passed away unexpectantly at Tobey Hospital on March 9, 2019.
Born in Falmouth, MA on August 17, 1985, Tyson graduated from Wareham High School and went on to
work as a cook, auto service technician, laborer, and in customer service.
Tyson was known to his family and friends for his kindness and had a big golden heart. He was all about
family and his family was his world. Tyson would do anything for anyone. He knew how to make people
laugh. He loved to cook and could make a gourmet meal out of any ingredients. He enjoyed listening to
music and Michael Jackson was one of his favorite artists. Tyson enjoyed life to the fullest.
He is survived by his mother, Lenora Gomes; sisters, Chanel Gomes and Jenaya Smith; niece, Kaiya
Fernandez; step-grandmother, Barbara Gomes; fiance, Dawn Baptiste and her children; and by his many
aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, John (Junga) Borges, Jr.;
brother, Warren Smith, Jr.; maternal grandparents, Carl P. Gomes and Lena Gomes; paternal
grandparents, John Borges and Mary Borges.
