Obituary for June DeBlois (Barnes)
June (Barnes) DeBlois died peacefully Wednesday February 13, 2019 surrounded by her family after a long illness.
Born in Weymouth, she was the daughter of Elton A Barnes and Gertrude A Shinsky. She was the beloved wife of James T. DeBlois. June was a devoted mother to Jane M Cole, wife of the late Frank Cole of Marshfield, Dawn -Marie and James Pitrone of Deland, FL, and her late son Joseph E Lamm and his surviving wife Jayne Lamm. Gramma so loved all of her grandchildren, Mark Cole, Ryan Cole, Leah Pitrone, Colleen Adkins, Kristen Stoddard, Jami Borden, Jillian Lamm, Johnny Murray, and Jennifer Lamm. Her great grandchildren brought her such joy, Makenzi, Cassidy, Kendall, Haleigh, Emily, Alex, Rory, Kilee, Opal, Reilly and Joey.
June was one of ten children. She is survived by her siblings, Mary Quam and her partner Richard Fairbanks, Dianne and Robert (Hutch) Hutchinson, Kenneth Barnes, and Robert (Bobby) Barnes. She was predeceased by her siblings, Harold Barnes, Shirley Renzetti, Mildren Arnold, Gladys Cullivan, Elton (Sonny) Barnes and many nieces and nephews.
Funeral Arrangements are under the care of Bartlett Funeral Home. A visitation will take place Saturday February 16, 2019 from 2-4 at the funeral home 338 Court Street Plymouth MA, 02360.
