JoJo, my beloved girl. What a gift your mom gave our family when she brought you into this world and into our lives! You’ve had quite the journey. Certainly not what any of us would have expected or wanted for you. I’ll never forget you saying “I’m suffering, auntie,”. Some day maybe God will explain why. I’m sure wanting to know what he has to say! Now you have wings to fly. Go light up the sky like you always lit up the world. Know my Love is always with you, wherever you travel. 💜 Auntie P

Joanne you are very special. Your death was far too soon. You had so much life left in you. You are only 47 years old. Why? That is the most important question. Why did this happen? You didn't want to die, you weren't ready to go. God knows our hearts and he knows what happened to you.....you're free now Joanne, you know the truth. And you know those who are truly for you. You are loved, and none of us wanted to see you go. Your smile , your face, your love has left a deep imprint on many many people. Wish we could have saved you. But it was too late. We love you pray for us. Reveal the truth to us Joanne. You are with the God of Justice amen.

My sister was the kind of beautiful that made people walk into telephone poles if they passed her on the sidewalk. She lit up the room with her perfect smile and sparkly eyes that gave away that she was just the kind of naughty that could make you blush or run depending if you were on her good side. She was the life of the party and could make you laugh so hard your stomach hurt the next day. She was a down to earth girl that loved getting her hands dirty and being as strong as the boys. And she was actually stronger in my opinion. She was truly one of a kind. I wonder if God spent a little extra time when He made her and then chuckled thinking about all the h&ll she was going to give everyone. I mean that in the funniest way. She spoke her mind and her heart. She made friends wherever she went. She loved to dance and was a dancing queen. People would stop to watch her. She was a fireball so it’s fitting that it was her favorite shot to drink on a wild night out. So many people only know the JoJo that was fighting MS but she was so much more. She was a mysterious, beautiful, complicated, untamable work of art. She will not be forgotten. It would be like forgetting the Sea. My beautiful, wild sister....I will miss you all the days of my life and love you forever.
