Obituary for Barbara Gourdin
Barbara (Douglas) Gourdin (1934-2019) of Marston's Mills, MA passed away on January 2, 2019 after a few years of declining health. She is predeceased by her husband Edward Gourdin, son, Dale Douglas, Sister, Sue Gibbs, and brothers Curtis, Harold, and Lawrence Chrisfield.
Barbara was born in Melrose, MA and graduated Wakefield High School in 1951. She is a retiree of the Barnstable County Superior Court and was an avid lover of Jazz, Classical and Country music as well as classic movies. Known as a kind and giving person with a sense of humor, she was also a wonderful mother and wife
Barbara is survived by her daughter Kim Douglas, sons Paul and Robert Douglas, brother Edward Chrisfield, grandson Donald Averett, granddaughter Christina Repair, and great grandchildren Hanna Averett, Kayden Repair and Evelyn Repair.
Barbara will be interred a Lakeside Cemetery in Wakefield, MA in a family plot, and a burial service will be held on Saturday, March 16, 2019 at 1:00 pm The address is...
